Sales Trainee
BTA Management is expanding in Denver and launching a new Associate Sales Team to support client growth and outreach initiatives. We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to help represent our clients and assist in daily sales operations and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will provide essential support across client platforms while gaining hands-on experience in sales strategy, customer engagement, and industry best practices.
This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role where you’ll work closely with leadership, receive structured mentorship, and gain real-world knowledge of the client portfolio. Responsibilities of the Sales Trainee:
- Work directly in person with our clients leads to provide a unique experience for the customer
- Coordination with Client Services Manager on gathering and tracking creative for advertising campaigns
- Assisting the events team in all aspects of event programming, speaker recruitment and conference and online meeting logistics
- Researching contact details of potential speakers for conferences and webinars
- Managing registration for events and webinars
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings in preparation for events
- Gathering speaker materials ahead of events and assisting with the creation of event materials
Requirements of the Sales Trainee:
- Excellent communication skills, professional email conduct, and ability to communicate comfortably with senior executives
- Strong attention to detail and organization is a must
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with commissions and performance-based compensation and growth opportunities
